Committees, advisory groups, editorial boards

The Royal Society is a federation of scientific and technological societies and can combine resources with the Academy Council to form multi-disciplinary committees, which then disseminate their findings to the science community, the general public and the New Zealand government as appropriate (see policy papers). A number of awards, funds, panels, advisory groups also exist, in addition to editorial boards for the journals produced by the Royal Society.
