Pannaria crenulata, a new lichen from New Zealand

Abstract Pannaria crenulata P. M. J0rg., a new lichen in the Pannariaceae is described from New Zealand. It occurs widely throughout in humid, densely shaded, lowland and coastal forests. Details of anatomy, morphology, and distribution are given.
