CURRENTS AND HYDROLOGY IN TASMAN AND GOLDEN BAYS, SOUTH ISLAND, NEW ZEALAND

Abstract Warmer water was found to be associated with shallower depths, and diurnal temperature changes were observed. The currents in the bay were mainly tidal, the residual currents being very small.
