The Hamilton Memorial Prize is awarded annually for the encouragement of beginners in scientific or technological research in New Zealand or in the islands of the South Pacific Ocean. The Hamilton Prize consists of a framed certificate and $1000.
Applications are now being called for the 2012 Hamilton Memorial Prize. The closing date for application is 30 June 2012.
