Carmel College -  Swirl

For an excellent scientific approach to a complex problem leading to a flavoursome product range of cherry and blueberry, in stunning packaging. The students identified a gap in the market, considered the appropriate food legislation and set to work with a number of established food additives to improve their prototype product.
