Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading experts will guide the development of this factsheet that aims to raise public awareness and inform understanding about the right to control data. This project will define data sovereignty and indigenous data sovereignty and discuss how data sovereignty applies in New Zealand and Māori contexts.
