Days of Ice: Icy Experiments with Antarctic Researchers

As part of the Days of Ice Explore Antarctica Family Day, we will be hosting a fun, interactive stall in collaboration with the Antarctic Science Platform and Marsden Fund at the Arts Centre Market Square in Christchurch.

This is an amazing opportunity to meet Antarctic researchers, do exciting hands-on activities, watch fascinating video footage from the frozen continent, and have the chance to win giveaways!

COVID-19

This event will only run under Alert Level 1. 

We will subscribe to the following practices at Days of Ice to ensure good health, hygiene and safety at the events:

• Practicing social distancing where applicable
• Contact tracing through guest registration and QR code scanning
• Hand santise regularly 
• Wear a mask if you would like to
• Stay home if you feel unwell

We ask that our guests also join us in adhering to the above guidelines.
