As a Rutherford Foundation contract holder, you are required to submit annual reports to the Society. The report submission dates are listed in your contract. We will furthermore send you an email reminder about a month before the deadline.

Your research office may want to submit your report on your behalf or ask you to cc the research office when you submit. Make sure you know the procedure at your institution before you submit reports.

Once we have had a chance to read your report, we will normally get in touch by email. However, depending on how busy we are with other jobs, this may sometimes take a while - apologies in advance.
