Taxonomy is the science for biodiversity discovery. Taxonomists study organisms, name them and arrange them in hierarchical classification systems that provide the framework for understanding life on Earth. Taxonomy is in crisis when most species on Earth are still unnamed and undocumented. Here Zhi-Qiang highlights his work in advancing taxonomy.
