Te Tokotoru a Kōkāmutu – unplugged!
In Tūhoe history, the triad of Kōkāmutu were noted for their prowess in battle and for fiercely defending their territories. Notorious as a group, they also maintained their individual identities. As their descendants, the three members of this panel will reflect on their own endeavours to ensure te reo and mātauranga Māori scholarship is firmly recognised by the academy.
